Third Beach Yoga

Join us for a peaceful evening practice by the sea. This all-levels yoga class invites you to move, breathe, and unwind with the rhythm of the waves and the golden glow of sunset. Surrounded by nature and cooled by the ocean breeze, we’ll flow through mindful movement and grounding breathwork to help you reset and recharge.

Please bring a large towel or blanket to practice on, along with any props you love. Come early to settle in, stay after for a swim or a stroll, and let the beach be your sanctuary.

This class will meet near the sand bridge area of the beach. Park in the locals only lot, NOT the boat ramp end of the beach, walk across the street, and enter the beach using the ramp onto the sand.
