We invite you to join us each Saturday morning from 9:30-11:00 inside Mabel Norman's Studio for a yoga practice and mindfulness meditation. Come experience these unique, inspiring yoga classes where the sense of community is strong and truly heart-warming. Come, find your inner sacred center in a supportive, welcoming, nature-centered atmosphere. These weekly classes are designed to be accessible for everyone in good general health regardless of yoga experience. This all-levels class will include inspiring readings, mindful meditation and yoga poses that emphasize developing strength, flexibility & relaxation. At the close of each gathering participants are invited to stay for tea and conversation if they have time. Please wear comfy athletic clothing, bring your yoga mat and a thick blanket. Please register through Eventbrite as the class size is limited to 10 students. Pay-what-you-wish, suggested range $10-$20.
