Yoga for Wellness: Slow Flow Yoga
Come join as we connect in community and spirit during this 60 minute vinyasa flow and give yourself the chance to reunite with body and mind through a practice grounding movement and breath. Bring a mat and towel/blanket; and some extra layers!
Nicole Towne | Bio: Nicole: (she/her) Nicole is a 200-hour certified teacher based out of Pawtucket, RI. Her focus as a yoga instructor is to meet each student where they are at in each moment and to serve as the reminder that yoga is not an attainment we will at some point gain, but a continuous lifelong journey and opportunity to connect with spirit though the miraculous gift we have been given in each moment: this breath.
