Matunuck Alpaca is located in the small coastal town of Wakefield, Rhode Island. The farm is home to 15 Alpacas; 10 females and 5 males. The herd is made up of Huacaya (pronounced wah-KI-ah), “Teddy Bear” Alpacas, known for their thick, soft fleece. On the first Sunday of every month. you can meet the Alpacas at the Matunuck Alpaca Farm!
Their shop is located at Dove & Distaff at 365 Main Street in Wakefield, RI. They offer cozy, warm and luxurious clothing as well as fun children’s items.
