The Nature preserve within the recreation area contains over four miles of hiking trails which offer a variety of opportunities for bird watching and other forms of nature appreciation. Cancellation Policy
Reservation cancellations require 2 weeks notice prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Unfortunately, even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refund deposits when a cancellation occurs without proper notice. If you cancel your reservation within 2 weeks (14 days) of your arrival date, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance due on the reservation and the deposit will be forfeited.
For reservations cancelled outside of the 2 week timeframe, a 10% processing fee, based on the total amount of the booking ($10.00 minimum), will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded back to the credit card on file.
Additionally, guests who shorten their stay are liable for charges on cancelled nights.
