Olney Pond is 128-acre reservoir in the 627-acre Lincoln Woods State Park and offers facilities used by thousand of visitors each year for boating, freshwater swimming and fishing (the pond is stocked with trout several times a year). It is also very popular for jogging and walking. During the winter months it is popular for ice fishing and ice skating. It's a scenic location surrounded by trees and boulders, with small islands on the pond and rocky outcroppings and coves.
UPDATE: The boat ramp will is closed for construction and will reopen by Memorial Day 2021. Updates to the boat launch area will include a 12-foot wide concrete ramp with adjacent row of floating docks, an ADA-compliant canoe and kayak launch, and a newly paved parking area with ADA-designated spaces.
