Nancy Vendetti, who previously competed on the Food Network shows “Cupcake Wars” and “Cake Wars,” decided with her daughter, Mia Sepe, to open Starry Night Café.
They offer a delightful menu using real, whole foods including 100-percent maple syrup, fresh berries, and organic eggs. Several of their offerings include:
- Brioche Options: Bacon, egg, cheese, and pesto brioche, as well as a veggie brioche option.
- Beverages: Fresh-brewed coffee, espressos, cold brew coffee, chai teas, iced teas, and lemonades.
- Baked Goods: Regular selections like coffee cake, seasonal selections such as pumpkin or cranberry orange muffins, Italian favorites like biscotti, home-made granola, seven-layer magic bars, and blueberry coffee cake served fresh out of the oven. They also feature miniature pies, such as single-serving apple turnovers.
- Specialty Lattes: French toast latte (with maple syrup and cinnamon), classic caramel latte, and their trademark coffee milk latte (made with their own coffee milk syrup, espresso, and milk).
Vendetti will eventually be hosting evening cooking classes at the café, focusing on easy Italian meals and bakery favorites.
