We are a boutique hotel consisting of two private homes connected by a beautiful bluestone courtyard. The larger home on 41 Pelham was built in 1859 and fully restored in 2024. The home features 7 bedroom guest suites that can be rented individually or as an entire home. 199 Spring St was built in 1785 and features 3 guest suites, each with their own living rooms as will as a common living room and kitchen.
