Rhode Island is home to five giant, eco-conscious wooden trolls created by Danish artist Thomas Dambo, designed to promote sustainability and explore nature. The trolls, made from recycled materials, are located in Charlestown, Exeter, North Kingstown, and East Providence, making them accessible via a single-day road trip.

Erik is near the pond, and Greta is deeper in the woods.Young Boulder (Exeter): Located in the Arcadia Management Area near Browning Mill Pond.Iver Mudslider (North Kingstown): Located in Ryan Park.Mrs. Skipper (East Providence): Located along the East Bay Bike Path near Kettle Point Pier.Visitor Tips:The trolls are free to visit but are hidden, often requiring a short hike through trails to find.They are a popular, family-friendly outdoor activity that can be visited in one day due to Rhode Island's small size
