At its Westerly location, Nana’s is a restaurant, bar, and all day cafe. We bake our breads and pastries daily using naturally leavened dough with regional and sustainably grown grains, and a slow overnight cold fermentation to develop flavor and improve nutrition. Using the fantastic mold koji, grown by our sister company Moromi Shoyu, we leverage flavor and amplify umami in our pizzas, drinks, and baked goods. We serve organic espresso by Canyon Coffee and organic tea by Leaves and Flowers. Our small but mighty bar serves organic wine, local beer, and cocktails. Come visit us for breakfast, lunch or dinner and our Sunday brunch.
