The Rhode Island Department of Health is implementing a new COVID-19 risk assessment based on updated guidance from CDC. The guidance measures risk on a county-by-county basis. Guests will get to experience the taste of 25 Federal Hill restaurants that have expanded seating or are offering additional menu items outside on the avenue. Some of the participants include Bacco, Zooma, Venda Ravioli, Tavolo, Captain Louie’s, Federal Hill Taphouse, Ours, and Providence Oyster Bar. Additionally, dozens of food and retail vendors, games, and amusement rides will line Atwells Avenue. Three entertainment stages will be located throughout the festival grounds.
