MORE FREE FUN

Your wallet will be happy to hear that there's plenty of free attractions and activities that you can enjoy any time in the Ocean State. There are some lovely parks, including Colt State Park and Rocky Point State Park, that afford scenic water views for walks, bike rides, and picnics. Brenton Point State Park has gorgeous water views as well and is known locally as a top spot for kite flying. Cliff Walk is one of the most famous walks in the world and features Newport Mansions on one side and the rocky Rhode Island coastline on the other. A uniquely Rhode Island experience, and totally free! On Block Island, you can visit with the exotic animals at  1661 Farm and Gardens. In North Smithfield, you can head to Wright's Dairy Farm & Bakery between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm each day to watch their adorable cows get milked. Although, it might be a bit tricky to avoid spending money at the bakery and onsite ice cream shop!
