Led by Chef Brian, these fun and interactive classes will take place on the first Wednesday of each month.

About the Class
Join Chef Brian as he teaches you how to make authentic Neapolitan-style pizza using fresh, local ingredients. In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn:
- Dough mixing and balling
- Stretching and shaping techniques
- Baking the perfect pizza
- Throughout the class, enjoy a selection of Surf Club snacks, beer, and wine.

Check-in begins at 5:45 PM / Class starts promptly at 6:00 PM
