Each workshop is focused on the collective empowerment of building community, reclaiming the self through discussion, movement, meditation, laughter, art and shared experience. In our first offering the focus will be on connecting to the version of you that desires something more. A return to what matters to your highest self.

This workshop is equal parts burn down the systems and celebrating the divine magic of embodiment. You will leave with plan to restore balance, tears on your cheeks and a song in your heart.
