Evening Guided Tours

Join a special evening guided tour through the elaborately decorated rooms of Lippitt House and explore how Providence’s history shaped the Rhode Island of today.
Staff share stories focusing on the people who lived and worked in the house in the 19th century, illustrating ideas about industry, immigration, design and civic engagement. 
Evening tours are offered year-round on the fourth Wednesday evening of every month at 5:00 and 6:00 PM.
Capacity is limited and advance reservations are recommended.
