Ellie’s in downtown Providence offers a daytime Parisian vibe, but at night, starting on May 9, it will transform into a romantic French bistro with soft candlelight, classic French dishes and a French wine list. On Friday through Sunday nights, servers will cater to each table, offering menu choices and an intimate dining experience. The daytime hours will not change, Tuesday-Sunday, serving breakfast, lunch, coffee and pastries.
