Opened in April 2025 on Providence’s West Side. Our food draws inspiration from several European regions, including Portugal, Italy, and Spain. At the same time, we embrace New England cuisine, using local ingredients and techniques to bring a sense of place to our dishes. Our bar features rotating seasonal drinks and a wine list with selections from Europe and beyond. fred is a neighborhood restaurant.
