“Hachiko – A Dog’s Tale” is a true story based on one dog’s loyalty to his master in Japan. The movie was filmed at the train depot in Woonsocket, RI in 2009, and starred Richard Gere and Joan Allen. Come see the statue commemorating the filming and one of Japan’s most famous stories!
