Hawthorne House of Newport

Enjoy a great "Mini-cation" in Newport. Hawthorne House is located in the city's south end in a quiet residential area historically known as 'Fifth Ward'. This 3-room suite is situated in a walkable "sweet spot" halfway between the beach and downtown. We are celebrating our 31st year in 2026! Just relax and pretend you are home (except someone else mowed your lawn, cleaned your kitchen, made your beds - and baked a fresh banana bread for you)! A big back yard for children and doggies to run and play (even a swing set for the little ones), a nice deck with a gas grill . . . and off-street parking! We accept only one reservation at a time, so there are never any other guests on the property. Guests will have full and private access to the suite – indeed, our reviews speak well of our careful attention to guest privacy. We look forward to hosting your Newport visit!
