Mother Pizzeria

Mother Pizzeria is a neighborhood restaurant from Kevin O’Donnell, Lauren Schaefer and Kyle Stamps located at the Shops at Long Wharf in downtown Newport. Named after the starter or "Mother" used in sourdough baking, the restaurant is a place to gather with family and friends and enjoy warm hospitality, food and drink in a casual and convivial atmosphere. At the heart of our menu is the pizza which is made from naturally fermented dough using local stone ground flour and baked in a Marra Forni Neapolitan-style pizza oven. For those looking to take-away, there is a counter-style, to-go area with a rotating selection of Roman-style slices and gelato to-go.
