In 1999, David Wright began commercially planting 8 acres of vines and over the past 14 years have learned a great deal about the Rhode Island terroir. Rhode Island has an ideal condition for growing certain varieties of grapes. In 2011, David and his wife purchased the historical Andrew Brown homestead in Chepachet and have been developing and producing some great wines here in Rhode Island. So try Mulberry Vineyards... You'll enjoy! We will also be OPEN for outdoor seating! Bring a picnic, chairs, and no more than 5 friends please! As always, our hours are Saturday and Sunday from 11 to 4pm!
