Prudence & Bay Islands Transport

Daily and year-round from Church Street Wharf in Bristol. Call for schedule and vehicle reservations. The Prudence Island Ferry transports passengers, bicycles, and vehicles to and from Prudence Island. The ferry takes approximately 25 minutes. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ferry departs to park and buy ferry tickets. A & R Marine Corp., doing business as Prudence & Bay Islands Transport, was formed by Prudence Island residents to provide transportation needs to and from our island and other bay islands. What makes us different is we know what it’s like to leave by boat every day to go to work or school. We know the challenges of running a business on the island and scheduling supplies to be brought over. And we know how important it is to keep that schedule.
