We specialize in fly fishing Rhode Island's near-shore, bay and estuary salt waters for striped bass, bluefish, false albacore and atlantic bonito. Capt. Jim Barr is also a Certified Fly Casting Instructor with the International Federation of Fly Fishers, and is the founding partner in the Rhode Island School of Fly Fishing.
