A variety of accommodations to choose from: Barn Apartments: Recently renovated in 2013, the Barn is located right on the Spring House Hotel property. The three luxury apartments are located on the upper levels of the Barn. All provide dining areas with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, and glassware. Two 35″ flat screen televisions with full DIRECTV channels are featured in each unit. Complete with central air, the Barn is open year-round, so feel free to join us in the winter! Downstairs, the Barn offers a full restaurant in the off-season that features rustic farm-to-table cuisine. The Mott House: The Mott House is located directly across from the Spring House Hotel’s main building. Here we have 17 guest rooms consisting of Standard Queens, Studios, and Suites. Options include either beautiful island- or ocean-view rooms with all rooms including air conditioning. The Mott House is nestled in the beautiful Spring House gardens and includes a beautiful front farmer’s porch, complete with rocking chairs. A quieter retreat from the main building, the Mott House boasts a breathtaking ocean view and private bathrooms for all rooms. Seawinds Rentals: The Seawinds townhouses were built in 2009. Located on High Street, these townhouses are just a five-minute walk away from the hotel and only 10 minutes from downtown. Seawinds includes five townhouses and a single-family home. The townhouses provide three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a full kitchen, air conditioning, and washer and dryer units. The single-family home includes four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a single-car garage. Each of our townhouses features panoramic island views, beautiful hardwood floors, and can comfortably accommodate four to six people. Seaside Homes: The Spring House Hotel has four ocean-view rental homes located directly on the property. Aptly named Chaffee, Bristol, and Wickford, the Seaside Homes are popular for larger families and bridal parties. Each home provides three bedrooms, three full baths, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer units. One of the homes (Wickford) is pet-friendly The Inn at the Spring House: This new addition to our properties features beautiful guest rooms with private baths, panoramic island and ocean views. Unlike any other inn on Block Island, the Inn at Spring House is fully air-conditioned & is impeccably furnished. Rooms are unique, many include rain head showers and private balconies. All beds are fitted with luxurious cotton sheets atop heavenly mattresses. The Inn is truly is something special! Please keep in mind this inn is for adults 21 years of age or older.
