From Cape Verde to the Caribbean, Taste of Island is known for their variety of Island flavors. A favorite is the Shrimp Mozambique, bistec and blackened salmon. Creole shrimp skewers served with beans and plantains are popular and so is the bread pudding. They also make their own chowder in-house and it's a culinary delight that's both familiar for New England but also unique to their Cape Verdean style.
