Chef/owner Vic Foley got his start cooking in his Italian grandmother Gilda's kitchen. Amid a fruitful career as a nationally touring guitarist, Vic found his way back to his culinary roots with local pop-ups before launching The Outsider in his hometown of East Providence. Mediterranean flavors meet Rhode Island roots in this bistro, where house-made dishes are served with passion, inspiration, and purpose.
