Trattoria Express

Trattoria Express was inspired by Chef Luciano Canova’s desire to offer residents and visitors to the the Lincoln, RI area authentic Italian catering and casual dining. Born and raised in Italy, Chef Luciano saw a need for a deli and fast-service restaurant in the style that he was accustomed to growing up in Rome. Guests can walk in to Trattoria Express and choose from a delicious assortment of dishes, all freshly prepared by Chef Canova’s expertly trained team of chefs. At Trattoria Express, diners and catering customers can find recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation of Chef Luciano’s family with uniquely personal touches. We have combined northern and southern Italian specialties to create an exciting menu consisting of both styles of cooking.
