Wing Power

Wing Power, a lively family-owned sports pub serving up wings, sandwiches, cocktails, and homemade signature buffalo sauces, is a father and son endeavor. For years, Frank Davey Sr. has been making small batches of what is now known as "Hot Burn" sauce for all occasions ranging from the casual wing dinner to weekly Sunday football parties. What started as a small addition to a plate of food has now grown into a must-have when visiting the Davey household for a gathering. So much so, that friends and family started requesting their own bottle to take home and enjoy. The idea arose to no longer starve the fans of this uniquely amazing sauce and to finally bottle it for all to enjoy. After much trial and error - and with the help of his son, Frank Jr. - a recipe was crafted for the signature "Hot Burn" buffalo sauce, along with two additional levels that amp up the heat across the Scoville Scale. Thus, Wing Power was born, presenting a lineup of three unique sauces that have taken the industry by storm. Today, you can find Frank Jr. working the fryers, bringing crispy and juicy chicken wings topped with their delicious sauces to your plate, while you watch the most exciting sports games of the week.
