The Shelter Harbor Inn, Westerly, Rhode Island, is an 1800 farmhouse converted into a New England inn in 1910. It originally opened as a sojourn for opera singers and artists who traveled between Boston and New York City in the early 20th century. This New England inn brings family and friends together via its ambiance, cuisine and music. The Shelter Harbor Inn pays homage to music with regular on-site musical events and music-themed décor throughout.
Built-in 1800 and completely refurbished in 2019, The Shelter Harbor Inn is your home away from home. Situated on over three acres of greenery, the 23-room inn features upscale amenities including an on-site restaurant serving fresh New American cuisine, a spa, local biking and other seasonal activities.
Aesthetically pleasing, the Inn delivers sophisticated cozy salons where guests can read up on their favorite rock & roll artist, play a game or catch up with their loved ones. Plush couches pop of color, and a textile collection of old and new was thoughtfully curated by interior designers Randolph Duke and Blake Maroon. The Shelter Harbor Inn celebrates historical and contemporary times through amenities, design and their farm-to-table menu selections.
