Evenings at Third Beach, the Golden Hour way 🌞

Join us Monday–Thursday from 6:00 - 7:00 PM, June through September, for a relaxed, all-levels beach yoga flow on Third Beach in Middletown. Move, breathe, and unwind with the ocean as your backdrop.

Look for the Golden Hour flag near the sand bridge when you arrive on the beach. Bring a large beach towel or blanket to practice on (leave the yoga mat at home).

Stay after to swim, linger, and soak in the evening light.
